I lost access to my vault. Can you recover it?
Nudis stores all data locally on your device with AES encryption. Because we don’t have access to your vault or encryption keys, we cannot recover content if you lose access. Make sure to keep regular device backups.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device’s subscription settings to cancel, downgrade, or change your plan.
