Use of the app is at your own risk. Nudis is not liable for data loss, user errors, or WiFi sharing mistakes, including accidental exposure caused by local network sharing.
No Warranty
Nudis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free performance.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudis is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, or loss resulting from local network use, device failure, user configuration, or unauthorized access caused by user actions.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your passcode/biometric device security, backup choices, and network sharing behavior. If you enable local WiFi casting/sharing, you are responsible for who can access your network and connected devices.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Nudis may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status, subscription entitlements, renewals, and related purchase metadata. Billing, cancellations, and refunds may also be subject to the rules of the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nudis after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
